A Fractional CMO — sometimes called a Fractional Marketing Strategist — is a senior marketing executive who embeds inside your business on a part-time basis, owning your marketing strategy, leading your team, and making sure every marketing decision connects back to revenue. Think of it as having a CMO without the full-time salary, overhead, or six-month hiring process.

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

An agency executes tactics. A Fractional CMO owns the strategy that determines which tactics are even worth executing. I work alongside your team and any vendors or agencies you already use — directing the work, not just doing it. If you already have an agency, I become the strategic layer they've been missing.

Will you replace my existing
marketing team?

Do you work onsite or remotely?

Primarily remote — which means I'm not limited to Atlanta or Metro Atlanta companies. I work with growth-stage businesses across the US. That said, I'm available for on-site visits within the Metro Atlanta area during business hours, and I'm happy to travel for key moments like strategy sessions, launches, or brand activations. Travel engagements are scoped separately.
